SNAP Cats rescued Phoebe from Contra Costa Co, CA. Phoebe is a sweet kitty. A bit shy at first, but once she gets to know and trust you, she’s yours! Phoebe gets along with other cats, don’t know about dogs. Since Phoebe is FeLV+ she’ll either need to be with other FeLV+ kitties, or an only cat. And definitely be indoor-only.
