FIV+ and Missing Left Eye
Larry (and Hubble) are Sponsored by: Gail & Ron Makara
Larry's and Hubble's adopter will receive this Drawing of Larry & Hubble by Gabriela Doll
This is Larry. He appeared on our property in July. Larry was thin and looked like he had been in a few fights! He lived under our deck, and came every morning and evening to be fed and pet. I sat on the steps, and Larry laid next to me, purring. And when I worked in my garden, Larry came to lay down and watch.
Two weeks later Larry went missing for a day and a half. I was so worried because we see raccoons, coyotes and other predators on our property all of the time. Finally, from under the deck, he emerged, with one yellow eye, the other black. At the Vet we discovered Larry’s eye had been punctured and would have to come out. His canine teeth had also been damaged and needed to be removed. Larry also tested positive for FIV.
We already have five indoor cats and can’t allow any more. He’s a great cat that deserves a second chance. Larry’s current on all vaccines and flea treatment. And Larry now has a partner, Hubble, to play with and keep him company. You know what they say about FIV+ cats - They're like potato chips, you can't have just one! So if you can give both these boys a good home please email SNAP Cats A.S.A.P.
UPDATE: Larry and Hubble are currently in foster together. They are getting along great. Both Larry and Hubble love to meet new people. We've had numerous people stop by "Larry's & Hubble’s House" and they saunter right up to them and want attention. These are sweet, sweet kitties!
